How to manually verify a user their email address?

Why would you need to manually verify a user their email address?

A user must verify their email address in order for them to able to authenticate within the Unify platform. People might have trouble accessing their email or might not be able to properly verify their email.

How to verify a user their email.

Below you will find a step by step guide on how to verify a users email address.

  1. Navigate to the Identity Platform.
  2. In the navigation-bar on the left side, click Users, under Accounts.
  3. Here you will see a list of all the users on your Unify integration.
  4. You can select users who's email you would like to verify by clicking the checkbox next to their icon
  5. A new input field should appear, clicking this will show you several options, one being 'Manual Email Verification'

Once selected a pop-up will show asking you for your comfirmation, if you confirm the users email will be automatically verified.
