What are Validation Requests and how do they work?
The IQVIA service Onekey Web Services (OWS) contains a method in order to validate HCP manually. An employee from IQVIA will attempt to contact the HCP with information provided to them in order to get them into the IQVIA databases. If they are added to the database, we can fetch this information and update the HCP accordingly on the Unify Identity Platform.
