E-learning for Healthcare Professionals
This module facilitates all continuing education progress and e-learning advancement. It is also capable of hosting e-learning modules, tracking their use, and reporting back to Adobe Campaigns or Veeva Campaigns/Events.
Different content types
The tool supports at this moment xApi, PDF files, Brightcove hosted videos and podcasts. The Brightcove audio/video integration offers the option to enable or disable fast-forwarding per e-learning module. Making it unskippable and also stops when the user focuses on another tab or site and forces focus on the content. Video/Podcast tracking is possible with Brightcove content.
The PDF tracking type, which allows users to read a document and confirm at the end that they have read it in its entirety, thus providing another method of verifying user engagement and comprehension.
Integration with Qualtrics
After an HCP completes an eLearning course, the system can send a Qualtrics survey. If an HCP starts but does not finish the course, a Qualtrics survey is sent asking about the reasons for stopping, such as technical issues, difficulty, or other challenges.
