Ability to archive existing users (soft removal)

Implemented functionality enabling the archiving (soft deletion) of users directly from both the detail and listing pages via a bulk select option.

Archived users can be recovered conveniently using the filter located on the right-hand side of the user listing overview, providing enhanced flexibility and control over user management processes.
